Refund & Returns Policy
At Lean Syrup Store, we take pride in the quality of our products and the efficiency of our delivery. Due to the medicinal and consumable nature of our inventory, we maintain a strict policy to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Returns Eligibility
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on any opened or tampered-on products. * Returns are only considered if the product is in its original, vacuum-sealed, and untampered packaging.

You must initiate a return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items returned without prior authorization from our support team will not be processed.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
We strive for perfection, but if we’ve made a mistake, we will fix it immediately.

Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives leaking or broken, please take a photo of the damaged item and the packaging immediately.

Incorrect Item: If you received a different product than what you ordered, keep the seal intact and contact us.

In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For the protection of our community, the following cannot be returned:

Any bottle where the neck seal or plastic wrap has been broken.

Products purchased during “Flash Sales” or using specific promotional clearance codes.

Orders that have been successfully delivered to the address provided but are claimed as “not liked” by the customer.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 48 hours of arrival), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit (your choice).

Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
5. Shipping Costs

Except in cases of damaged or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
